Local developer Loftworks is changing all that with the Sutter Brownstones in Midtown. Fresh off the heels of for-lease projects like the Elliott Building and the O1 Lofts, Loftworks' 28 single-family contemporary three-story two-bedroom brownstones ranging from 1,119 to 1,986 square feet plus garages.
